Christiane Brown

is a mother of four children and has
worked as a Waldorf kindergarten teacher in Israel,
and also with adults from all walks of life, in
Palestinian refugee camps (Gaza), Israeli prisons and
in children's palliative care.

Marionette plays, shadow theatre and toy making
had a strong remedial effect in such and similar
places where fear, restlessness and distrust are all too
common.

Since 1982, Christiane has given lectures and
seminars on the significance of fairytales, at the
Theatre Faculty in Tel Aviv-University, State Teacher
Seminars, and Waldorf- Teacher Training in Israel and
British Columbia..

Since moving to Canada she also gave lectures to
psychologists, mental health therapists and lawyers,
specializing in mediation.

She currently lives on Hornby -Island ,BC
